Saint Vincent Seminary announced the appointment of a Pittsburgh Diocesan priest, Father Timothy Whalen, as its new rector. News of the appointment, Father Whalen's installation Mass, and other events in the spring, as well as the Annual Report, fill this issue.

Seminary graduate Lawrence Persico was named the new Bishop of Erie. Monsignor J. Edward McCullough and outgoing Board of Regents Member George C. Dorman were honored at Alumni Day; Father Gilbert J. Burke and John C. Marous Jr. were remembered. New Seminary students were welcomed and new appointments announced.
